Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Engineering

Location: West Drayton, Middlesex

Salary £20,000 to £22,000 DoE plus commission

Full training is provided along with working alongside seasoned and talented recruiters itching to pass on their skills to a new generation of recruitment professionals.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in the field of engineering, Autosport and F1 recruitment! If cars, speed and engineering are your thing, what better than combining it with placing people into those roles, fuelling your interest and passion for finding top talent!

Based in smart modern offices, your skills will be honed and developed as you progress through learning about working with clients and candidates, sales techniques, compliance, how to close a deal, where to find candidates, how to build relationships and where to find new business.

It takes a certain type of person to join the world of recruitment.  You need to be fabulous at building relationships, happy to pick up the phone and talk to people, be  resilient, driven and able to roll up your sleeves and work hard.  This is no 9am to 5pm gig. If you have business to business sales experience, or business to consumer experience, great communication skills, are hardy and resilient (there’s that word again!) and above all have great people skills, are confident, possess drive and determination you could be very a very successful recruiter!
