Recruitment Consultant (with an add on role!)

Location: West Drayton, Middlesex

Salary £24,000 to £26,000 plus commission

My client in West Drayton need a Recruitment Consultant with a couple of years’ experience to work within their engineering division.  Ideally you will have sector experience, but it’s not essential although you will be happy working on more technical roles. Having put your recruitment experience to good use, you will also be working on expediting training programs for skills development, enthusing clients and candidates to utilise specific training programs to upskill across to new opportunities. The role is absolutely a 360 Recruiter role but gives a twist on the traditional role for more interest and a different focus.

You will be based in smart modern offices, with a great team around you, plenty of opportunity for development and above all, earning potential. The company has been established for nigh on 50 years so provides a stable environment with experienced Director and Consultants to hone your skills with. There is lots of retained roles to work on with some contingent, alongside the training piece.

This needs someone with experience, drive and who is motivated to develop both business and who wants to progress.
