Senior Recruitment Consultant – Senior Finance

Based: Guildford

Salary: £32,000 to £36,000 + £4.2k car allowance plus commission plus bonus!

This is a brand new role, ideally to be the ‘number two’ in an office of four people.  It will be a new desk with no real established business so you will need to be very strong on your business development.  The desk offers huge potential alongside a strong team who are progressing the business well. Ideally you will have Accounts and Finance Recruitment experience although if you have experience of accounts and finance via another route and have a strong recruitment background this will be considered.   This is a role for an established recuiter looking to take the next step in their career to a more senior role.

This is an established desk as part of a two-person division into Accountancy Practice.  This is a very candidate centric role as the job flow is strong and would really suit an Associate, but they are also open to a more senior person and are happy to look at people with any recruitment background. The key with this role is to find someone who works hard, is a completer-finisher and is willing to learn, it’s all about the attitude backed up with resilience! Full training provided for those without experience. You must be able to get into the detail with this role!

You will need to be a strong team player as the culture here is supportive, collaborative and professional, so you will need to be well presented, well spoken, and intelligent – nicely polished you might say!
