Consultant (or Senior Consultant)

Based: Southampton

Salary £28,000 to £36,000 plus commission plus bonus

How about this for a role? Working on a desk established for 43 years, our client is now looking for the next person to take over the reins! You will have a very minimum of two years recruitment experience to gain custody of the £300k billing desk. Accounts and Finance experience is preferred, but they will consider excellent recruiters with professional services experience, and you must absolutely have experience of placing senior level people rather than volume recruitment.  If you have experience of interim recruitment this will also be very useful.

You will need to be a strong team player as the culture here is supportive, collaborative and professional, so you will need to be well presented, well spoken, and intelligent – nicely polished you might say!
