Salary upwards of £30,000 dependent on experience + commission

Having won two new major contracts, our client is looking for someone to join the business as a Senior Recruitment Consultant to take the reins and drive the desk forward.

Based in Southampton, our clients’ specialties encompass the Health Care, Hospitality, Events, Social & Education, Security, Warehouse, and Construction industries. They are HUGE billers and are now looking to expand their team to drive the business forward further. Experience of working in a fast-paced high volume recruitment environment is essential as you will need to be a self-starter from day one. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 830am-530pm with 1 hour for lunch – from time to time you will be expected to work outside of these hours to support ‘on-call’ and ‘out of hour’s bookings.

Commission is paid based on performance and is calculated on weekly gross profit from temps out on bookings.
