Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Based: Portsmouth

Salary: £22,000 to £24,000 plus commission

The business places staff out to healthcare and elderly care clients within the private sector. Building relationships is key, as is being tenacious, intelligent, driven and resilient.

Based in smart modern offices, your skills will be honed and developed as you progress through learning about working with clients and candidates, sales techniques, compliance, how to close a deal, where to find candidates, how to build relationships and where to find new business.

It takes a certain type of person to join the world of recruitment. If you have business to business sales experience, or business to consumer experience, great communication skills, are hardy and resilient, hardworking, not afraid of picking up the phone and talking to people and above all have great people skills, are confident, possess drive and determination you could be very a very successful recruiter!
