Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Location: West Drayton, Middlesex

Salary £22,000 to £24,000 plus commission

If you have seriously been considering an opportunity in recruitment but have found it hard to get started this might well be the opportunity you have been looking for. Full training is provided along with working alongside seasoned and talented recruiters itching to pass on their skills to a new generation of recruitment professionals.

The business places temporary blue collar staff into the rail industry either within the signalling or overhead power verticals. It will be your job to build strong relationships with candidates and placing them out into various positions and forward planning their availability.

Based in smart modern offices, your skills will be honed and developed as you progress through learning about working with clients and candidates, sales techniques, compliance, how to close a deal, where to find candidates, how to build relationships and where to find new business.

It takes a certain type of person to join the world of recruitment. If you have business to business sales experience, or business to consumer experience, great communication skills, are hardy and resilient, hardworking, not afraid of picking up the phone and talking to people and above all have great people skills, are confident, possess drive and determination you could be very a very successful recruiter!
