To be considered, we are looking for you to have the following:-

• Minimum 2 years 360 recruitment experience
• Experience building relationships with clients through strategic BD within the professional services sector
• Confident managing mid to senior level conversations through candidate attraction and client development
• Capable winning business through high level networking with a passion for all things sport!

What you can expect in return for bringing your experience with you:-

• 4 days working alongside a dynamic, successful small but perfectly formed team of fellow recruiters.
• 1 day WFH any day of your choice
• 9 day fortnight through the summer months still in place and able to enjoy this wonderful October sun on a Friday!
• 20% commission paid with ZERO threshold
• Expect full support from day 1 – first 6 months spent building your desk, filling live roles, working out a BD plan with 100% at the desk training and support.
