Our brand new client is a specialist independent recruitment agency based in central Southampton looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their team in the commercial sector.

Recruitment Consultant

Based: Southampton

Salary: £30,000 plus commission

Recruitment experience is essential; you must be a good communicator and enjoy interacting with people, especially over the phone. You will be well used to utilising your good IT and admin skills, with a high level of attention to detail, which are key to this role. Alongside building relationships, developing business and attracting candidates, you will enjoy being part of a small friendly team

This role is office based, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5pm with an early finish on Fridays if all the outstanding tasks are complete.
