Based in Southampton, our client’s specialties encompass the Health Care, Hospitality, Events, Social & Education, Security, Warehouse, and Construction industries. They are HUGE billers and are now looking to expand their team to drive the business forward further.
Working in a small team with big plans, you will be responsible for delivering on one of two brand new accounts providing them with contract workers across various UK locations. Ideally you will have some recruitment experience, but if you can demonstrate transferable skills, plenty of enthusiasm, a good telephone manner, some transferable sales experience and you are looking for your first steps into recruitment, then please do get in touch.
The Team might be small, but it is made up of fabulous people who will train, help and support their next team member.
You will be registering candidates, sourcing CV’s through job boards, linked in and recommendations. This opportunity requires NO business development. Your role is purely based on candidate attraction and filling large volumes of temp roles.
Daily tasks will include calling all CV’s received to screen candidates for suitability to work, registering candidates and ensuring compliance before sending out on shift.
Skills required include:
- Previous work experience
- Being able to work under pressure and to tight timelines.
- Confident and able to pick up the phone to attract and register candidates.
- Enjoy being part of a team and working alongside colleagues to get the job completed.
- Have good attention to detail and be able to complete a task to ensure compliance and agency obligations when securing staff to bookings.
- This opportunity is to work in the Southampton office, 5 days per week
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 830am-530pm with 1 hour for lunch – from time to time you will be expected to work outside of these hours to support ‘on-call’ and ‘out of hour’s bookings.
Commission is paid based on performance and is calculated on weekly gross profit from temps out on bookings.
Salary is £22-25k with OTE £30-45k
