We are pleased to partner with our new client in search of a Senior Manager for the Healthcare Division of their business. They are a fast-growing company who billed £2million in their first year and are now looking for someone to head up a team of two who can drive the business further with an opportunity to own a 25% share hold of the business!

This role can be flexible on location as they have offices in Hampshire, Peterborough and Cheshire but there will be an expectation to meet regularly with your team in the Peterborough offices.

You will enjoy developing business, managing a team and building solid relationships. This is an opportunity to work a role as if it were your own business, in fact, should you qualify for the 25% share holding, you will have direct input to your own earnings and how you develop your business to achieve it’s full potential.

A driving license is essential as you will be out and about meeting clients and will travel between offices as necessary.

A car and a discretionary bonus is also on offer.

The role itself is hands on, attracting the best candidates and clients, agreeing favourable Terms of Business, utilising the existing database and collaborating with existing hiring manager to fully exploit hiring needs.
