We are pleased to be working in partnership with a fantastic company based in Portsmouth who are expanding their team due to having lots of roles to fill and not enough consultants to fill them!

Your nine to twelve months experience will stand you in good stead in building a warm desk to its full potential.

This role is predominantly candidate focussed, so a great account manager would fit nicely.  That said, there will be an element of sales work to undertake, potentially a couple of hours a week, so you need to be sure you are confident in picking up the phone and making those calls on occasion, but generally the sales team will take care of the business development.

Placing predominantly permanent candidates with the odd contractor into engineering roles, ideally you will have good background in all things engineering although someone who is comfortable with the terminology or could pick it up quickly would also be a great fit.  Roles include design engineers, manufacturing engineers and machinists across a range of sectors.
