This is a CONTRACT DESK – 30% commission ZERO threshold!!

Specialist recruitment consultancy providing staffing solutions across the UK within the Built Environment, working across the Construction, M&E Engineering and Facilities Management sectors.

The role is to work with the two owner/Directors of the business to grow and develop their contract offering.

No previous experience essential but possibly would be an advantage with the right person and attitude.

A finely tuned 3 year old business with an impressive turnover from 2 people who have over 15 years experience in this sector and have clients red hot and ready to hire contractors now!

This role is placing white collar mid level contractors into the Design and Build sector – already overrun with business and waiting for the right calibre of individual who has the appetite to seize the challenge and make money!!

You can be sure to receive the right training, daily support and an unbelievably generous commission structure – paying out at 30% for all deals made with zero threshold!!

All necessary tools will be provided to support your journey in recruitment – LINKEDIN subscription, job boards, a brimming CRM, laptop, mobile and plenty of well established client relationships.

Ideal candidate will demonstrate

• Solid work background
• Be able to demonstrate having worked in sales environment and/or recruitment
• Target driven mindset with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Strength of personality – Recruitment is hard – you need to be resilient and be able to stand the knocks that sometimes occur when dealing with people!
• Have ambition to succeed with a healthy appetite for money!
• Happy to work on own 3 days per week – remotely from home – but be fully supported at all times
