In the beginning
People Prospect Solutions emerged in 2001 from a vision to address the gap on the South Coast of England for specialised Rec2Rec services.
Recruitment companies struggled to find competent mid-level recruitment talent due to a reliance on city-based agencies that lacked the necessary networks of local talent.
Drawing on the founders’ experience of 20 years in the recruitment industry, we leveraged our extensive and trusted network to support businesses effectively.
Our aim was clear: to bridge the gap between companies and exceptional recruitment professionals at all levels, catering to a diverse range of sectors using a transparent and people-first approach.
Where we are now
Jump forward to 2023, People Prospect Solutions is now headed by Rebecca Bowring-Kingman.
Rebecca and the team continue to focus on establishing meaningful connections with clients and candidates. The client portfolio is growing strong to ensure we can give ambitious recruiters, consultants and directors great opportunities to work with.
We have earned the trust and loyalty of numerous clients who rely on our deep knowledge, extensive networks and commitment to delivering exceptional recruitment solutions… all in a friendly and efficient manner with strong values.
Hey there, I am Rebecca, the proud Director of People Prospect Solutions. I am addicted to recruitment—I can’t help it; it’s my passion. The highs and lows of this industry thrill me!
I stumbled into recruitment while working as a fully qualified theatre practitioner for the NHS. Trading the bright lights of an operating theatre and wearing a J-cloth on my head for 9 hours a day for a new path, I walked into a high street agency in Southampton, and embarked on a new adventure.
Over two decades later, I still love the rollercoaster ride of recruitment. I’ve settled into Rec to Rec, drawing from my experience in both large corporations and SMEs to guide fellow recruiters in finding their new homes.
When not immersed in work, the challenge really begins – I have a teenager in the house – the male version of me, I think! With a dog and husband in tow, as a family we love to socialise and enjoy our surroundings as much as possible.
Living in the New Forest and right by the coast I take every opportunity to breathe in the fresh air. At least once a week I plunge into the sea and join my fellow sea swimmers! Not quite 12 months of the year – but my dry robe investment has certainly helped the recovery after!
A loyal friend, wife, mum and dog owner, if you drench me with humour, decent wine, good food the rest as they say, takes care of itself.
